Q1. How do you save changes?
In the top left corner is a save icon, click on it and your changes will be saved. It is important that you save your changes before you close the calendar window otherwise your changes could be lost.

Q2. How do you move an event box?
Move your mouse over the event box. You should see some buttons appear at the top of the event box. The black colored button with a cross hairs symbol on it is for moving the event box. Move your mouse over the button and click and drag the event to a new location. Only release the mouse click after you have moved the event box to the new location.

Q3. How do you delete an event box?
Move your mouse over the event box. You should see some buttons appear at the top of the event box. The red colored button with an 'X' symbol on it is for deleting the event box. Move your mouse over the button and click. The event box will disappear. Remember to click the save button in the top left corner to save any changes you have made. |
Q4. How do I make the calendar fill the screen?
 Click on the Maximise button at the top right hand side of the calendar. If you are using the downloadable version of the calendar you can also press Ctrl-F. Press it again to make it smaller. If you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox press F11.

Q5. How do I retrieve my password?
Go to our remember password page and enter either your username or email address, then click 'Find Your Password'. Your password will be emailed to the email address you used when you registered. If the password can not be found, contact support and provide as much information as you can so that we can find it for you. |
Q6. I have not received a confirm account email after registering?
Occasionally emails are slow to arrive, especially if you are using a free email service such as Hotmail or Gmail. If you do not receive the email please contact support and we can manually confirm your account for you. |
Q7. How do I cancel my account?
Login to the website. You will then be redirected to your account page. Near the bottom of the account page you will see a 'Cancel your account' link. |
